Warm-up:

Students finished the Venn Diagram that was assigned last Thursday comparing Pizarro and Cortes.  (3 differences and 3 similarities)

Lesson/Assignment:
We discussed a reading strategy for primary source documents called "S.O.A.P.S."  
Students practiced this strategy with the first primary source account from Friday's readings. Students recorded their responses on a SOAPS handout.

Homework:
Finish SOAPS assignment if necessary.
